TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us so we can reschedule it and offer it to patients on our waiting list.

If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, we may charge you for the appointment.

Our packages must be paid in full on the first session, with a possibility of paying in several installments free of interest. Please note that the payments are non-refundable.

Our therapies may be covered by complementary health insurance. Contact your insurance to find out how you are covered!

Conditions for Medical Lingerie Consultations:

Please indicate your current bra size.
If your doctor has provided you with a medical prescription, please bring it with you.
Purchases are to be paid on site in cash, by Twint, or by card.

Postoperative and/or Compression Bra:

Please specify the type and date of your surgery, as well as your current bra size.
Please bring your doctor’s prescription if you have one.
You can then send it to your health insurance (LaMal and/or complementary) along with the purchase invoice.
If your insurance refuses to cover the cost, you can contact the Cancer League of your canton if the surgery is related to an oncological condition.

External Breast Prosthesis:

If you are under 64 years old, please bring:

Your ID
Your medical prescription
The completed and signed auxiliary equipment request form (except section 6)

The terms of possible reimbursement will be explained during the appointment.

Measurement Appointment for Compression Garments:

This appointment is only possible if it takes place at least 3 weeks before your surgery to ensure timely delivery of the garment.

Pregnancy & Maternity – Packages and Single Consultations; Classic Lingerie Package:

Orders and/or purchases of lingerie models are not included in the session or package price.
Payment is due at the beginning of the first consultation, in cash, by Twint, or by card.
